Aspects such as validation of information, necessary documentation for HRIS purpose, Introduction to staff / office / policies & procedures, etc.

HRIS Management

Leave & Payroll Management

Through the leave and payroll management process track of attendance and leave information is captured on a monthly basis to serve as inputs for payroll. Employee additions/separations, remuneration changes, additions/deductions of allowances/claims etc.. is handled through this process. Query resolution pertaining to the information managed through payroll is handled to service staff having any difficulty on their remuneration part.
